Shipping Policy

International Shipping: We do not have control over customs and therefore cannot be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is provided to us.

Approximate Shipping Times (does not include weekends/public holidays):

  • USA: Approximately 7 to 16 business days (tracking available)
  • Rest of the world: Approximately 7 to 21 business days (tracking available, varies)

Delayed Delivery: In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame due to unforeseen circumstances en-route. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will ship out a new package.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time: Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed before being dispatched by our shipping company.

Cancelling an Order: Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes of placement, as they may have already been processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at info.vibratie@gmail.com.

Unclaimed Orders: We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to refusal, non-claim, or incorrect address. Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order.

Custom/Duty Fees: Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency for details.

Separate Packages: Orders may be split into different packages for various reasons, including back-ordered items or warehouse locations.
